Welcome to InterviewAI, an AI-powered mock interview platform designed to help job seekers prepare for job interviews. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

To access the platform, users must create an account and may link either a Google or LinkedIn account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity under their account.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Users can subscribe to the platform under different subscription plans, which automatically renew unless canceled. We accept payment through various methods supported by our payment providers.

Subscription payments are processed in the local currency based on the user's location. Prices may vary depending on the location.

Refunds may be requested by users, but InterviewAI reserves the right to withhold up to 30% of the subscription fee for any refund requests, based on the cost of already-delivered services.

4. License and Use of Service

InterviewAI grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal use only. Users may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or use the platform for commercial purposes.

5. Content and Data

All content on the platform, apart from audio recordings (which are discarded after processing), is the sole property of InterviewAI. Users retain ownership of any data they input into the platform, but grant InterviewAI the right to use it for the purpose of providing the services.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Users may request a refund on subscription payments, but InterviewAI reserves the right to hold back 30% of the subscription fee for costs associated with already-delivered services. Subscriptions may be canceled by users at any time, but will only terminate at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a user violates the terms of service or after 48 months of inactivity. Accounts will not be terminated for non-payment.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users and InterviewAI will be first addressed through informal negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to proceed with arbitration. Both parties must attempt to mediate for 30 working days before initiating arbitration proceedings. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved in the United States.

9. Governing Law

The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

10. Limitation of Liability

InterviewAI's liability, in the event of any claim or dispute, is limited to the amount equal to three (3) months of the subscription fees paid by the user for the subscription plan they were last on.

11. Modification of Terms

InterviewAI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email from legal@useinterviewai.com or another frequently used email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
